Does he like that one? if so, job done, put it place 1
If that’s a typo and the one coose to your work is the one he’s missed, think about the practicalities of travel to the GS he has passed and discuss with him if he’s good to try it (and appeal for the one he’s just missed including social grounds as a supplementary point that you can get there more easily when he’s more tired)
Remember you can always transfer back out of a grammar school to (most) comprehensives if things don’t work out: it’s almost unheard of to go the other way.
