Hi, im looking for advice please

My daughter scored 0.55 points away from being guaranteed a place as a pupil premium child. She had eligible scores but then didn't meet the admissions standardised score by 0.55. Unfortunately, myself and her dad separated 2 weeks beforehand and due to her autism this completed disrupted her sleep and routine. I have autism myself so also found this very stressful. When I've looked back on the first form I had to fill out it only asked if my daughter had Medical issues or mobility which I said N/A it didn't ask about disability of SEN, I then looked at special arrangement guidelines and it said she would only qualify if these are in place at current primary school which they wasn't as she had never set a formal exam before (sats were cancelled due to covid and the primary school she is in is very structured and she loves it) test papers are always in the classroom with familiar teachers, someone has suggested I can appeal this as the statement is a blanket policy? dd had really struggled on the day she was over stimulated, the test was timed in sections which we were never made aware of, she was so stressed she didn't even finish the tests.

It's such a shame as she wanted to go to this particular school, I've never been though a grammar school process so it's completely new to me too, she has never had a tutor but we looked around all the schools and she felt most comfortable with this particular school which is why she took the test ( very structured and calming school) she has been offered a school my other dd currently attends, which is an outstanding school but their sen department (they admit) is growing with the school as it's new and I just know she won't cope as well there.

The headteacher has written a letter to explain she is expected to achieve GD in the sats and confirms the separation and that Dd hadn't sit a formal test before , I have a letter from her behavioural analyst confirming the affect the split had on her leading up to the exam, hers and mine diagnosis, recent practice key stage 2 papers showing full marks and headteachers awards, partner coming off my tenancy confirmation. Do I need anything g else to support this appeal? Or do I not have a chance? Thank you
