Hi,
I am sure this is a very simple question, but as I have not been through a grammar school appeal before can someone kindly advise.
My daughter received an unsuccessful selection review and we have decided to appeal. I do realise there are obstacles to being successful at appeal, but we want to try.
My question is
At what point to we find out if the panel deem the selection review was not carried out FCO?
I was under the impression that should they panel deem the selection review was carried out FCO then it wouldn’t even go to a hearing?
However I have now had a hearing date so I’m wondering if the selection review is discussed during the hearing and if they deem the selection review as not being carried out FCO then we are allowed to continue to discuss academic suitability? Or do we have the hearing and then all the information is reviewed after.
Can someone please confirm?
Thank you
