Hi, my appeal is with Buckinghamshire admissions. They have sent me appeal dates, splitting the stages into two parts. The first stage is a group appeal; can I confirm that in this one we listen to the local authority's case and have an opportunity to ask questions. Our specific appeal is directed to stage 2.
We have points to raise specific to our son's case, why we think the selection review was not FCO for example (pointing to particular inconsistencies and omissions) which we originally thought was part of stage 1. Is this appropriate then for stage one as it's a group, or do we save everything specific to him for stage 2?
And of course we will also make the other parts of the case at stage 2 regarding alternative academic evidence, extenuating circumstances and why his needs would be met by the particular school. FYI I have submitted a full written case, which gives all the relevant information.
