Ask them to convert it to a standardised score. They should give you it along with a disclaimer about small numbers of children sitting the test... this is the disclaimer...
A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE STANDARDISED SCORES
A word of warning regarding standardised scores!
Please remember that standardised scores are most meaningful when applied to large sets of
results. Our exams are taken by around 400/500 children and not the 1000 children that typically
take a Trafford school exam. Whilst your child’s results show how they performed on our mock
exam they can only be taken as an indication of how they may perform on the actual entrance
exams. Rather than focusing on the actual scores, it is always most beneficial to look at the test
papers and to concentrate on the questions your child got wrong so that they will be better
prepared if similar questions appear on their actual exam.
