Congratulations bitingnails you must be delighted!
Your post has raised some things I hadn’t considered - I had completely forgotten that after we received the rankings they could move again after the November tests were taken - was your child given a different ranking to 477 on the initial letter back in October? And when were you informed it had changed?
Within the rank of 477 you said there are 9 children, do they tell you where in that 9 your child is? Do you know how they work it out?
Do you know what rank each of the schools are upto?
Sorry for so many questions - my eldest got in last year but my youngest is preparing for it currently and when I saw your post I realised that between receiving the letter in October and the allocation in March they might actually get bumped out of the running so just wondering how that all works in terms of how aware they make you of where your child is etc.
