The short answer is "no". It is clearly stated in the admissions criteria & so the schools have to follow what is written there. It would be illegal not to do so.

I think what you are asking is "can they be persuaded to accept the new address before the second round of allocations"?1.In the past, anyone aware the School considered the new address post the deadline of stated by means of request?
