HI, welcome to the forum and I'm sorry to hear this happened. I can understand why you do not necessarily want to share details but if you can be more specific that will help us advise you more accurately. However from what you say you will need to be able to prove what happened happened, and then that it caused the specific disadvantage (as opposed to the rest of the cohort). In the first stage the invigilator should have noticed and recorded that - so asking for that would be beneficial. See what the report says and then act on that - feel free to provide more information and then ask more questions.
