Hi Hermanmunster,
Thanks for your suggestion . The problems are one of phone call about 10 minutes and another one is 5 minutes . I had long discussing with council officer since they try to deny the impact to my DD.
To transcript audio to text will be huge job and possible many pages long for appeal panel to read .
I just thinking may be that is why council reply my emails by calling me ,
so I can't have written evidence . They admitted they stopped my daughter to complete section2 many times during the phone call .
Do you think , I Can I asked to play this audio phone call during the hearing? Do you think panel will allow this?
I doubt that they would want to listen to it in the appeal - better to transcribe it and then they can read it before the appeal, also worth providing a summary at the beginning. I think it is also being aware of some of the legality - just a quick google brought up this
Did you get the council staff's consent to recording? If you record a phone call and use it for your own personal use, then it is perfectly legal, but if you share the recording to a 3rd party, without the caller's consent, you will be breaking the law.
Remember the important thing is the academic evidence and that should probably take up most of the appeal hearing - the panel should get the gist of the disruption from your explanation and transcript without listening to conversations
